We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your language preference. Analytics cookies, where used, help us understand which pages are useful and are never used to identify you personally.
Sharing
We share information only with the doctor you consult, and with service providers who help us run the platform (such as hosting and video infrastructure) under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Consultation privacy
Consultations are conducted over a private video call between you and the doctor. Health information you share during a consultation is treated as confidential and is only used to provide your care.
Data retention
We keep consultation records for as long as needed to provide continuity of care and to meet legal and regulatory requirements, then delete or anonymise them.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and withdraw consent for optional processing at any time, subject to what the law and ongoing care needs require us to retain.
