Using this site
This site helps you find a doctor and start an online consultation. You agree to give accurate information when booking or speaking with a doctor.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to enter a legally binding agreement to use this service. You are responsible for keeping any account credentials secure and for activity under your account.
Not for emergencies
This service is not for emergencies. If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services right away.
Medical advice
Consultations are provided by independent doctors. Guidance given during a consultation is between you and that doctor. We do not practice medicine and are not a party to the doctor-patient relationship.
Payments and fees
Where consultation fees apply, they are shown before you confirm a booking. Refund and cancellation terms will be published here once the booking flow is live.
Limitation of liability
The platform is provided to connect you with independent doctors. To the extent permitted by law, MedConsult is not liable for the medical advice given during a consultation.
Termination
We may suspend or end access to the service for conduct that violates these terms or puts other users or doctors at risk.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the product develops. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
